These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Blancresta (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the user (“you”, “your”, “user”, “customer”), governing your access to and use of our website, mobile site, social media pages, communication channels and services (“Platform”).

5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & PRICING

We make reasonable efforts to:

  • describe stones, plating, metal purity, weight, and size

However:

  • slight variations in color/finish may occur due to screen settings

  • handcrafted jewellery may have minor natural variations

  • weights may vary due to manual measurements

Prices are subject to:

  • revision due to gold/silver market fluctuations

  • correction in case of typographical or system errors

We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing or description discrepancies.

6. ORDERING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

An order is confirmed only when:

  • full or partial payment is received

  • it is not cancelled by us for valid reasons such as:
